What You'll Be Doing: • Technical Intake: Answer all incoming calls and emails, gathering detailed information on all appliance issues (refrigerators, washers, ovens, mixers, etc.). • Dispatch & Scheduling: Efficiently schedule and dispatch field technicians for in-home service calls across the Sacramento area. • Logistics Management: Coordinate shop drop-offs and manage the end-to-end process for small appliance repairs. • Parts Coordinator: Serve as the liaison between our technicians and suppliers; track orders and manage parts inventory. • Customer Care: Provide customers with timely repair status updates, manage quote approvals, and handle final invoicing. Ideal Candidate Pro • You are meticulously organized and thrive in a fast-paced environment. • You have excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. • You're a proactive problem-solver with a positive attitude. • Experience in dispatch, scheduling, or a detail-oriented customer service role is highly desirable.
